Shipping & Returns


FILM returns require authorization prior to return. Only unused merchandise is eligible for return.
RESTOCKING FEE is 40%. This fee applies to all merchandise returned more than 5 days after purchase with the exception of defective goods. Any cut charges incurred during the sale will not be refunded.
Once goods have been received, inspected and approved for return by SGSG, merchandise credit will be issued to customer's account.

FREIGHT CLAIMS (shipments not received on time, damage from shipping) are the liability of the carrier.

SGSG bears no responsibility for items once they have left SGSG. All claims must be filed directly with carrier.

Most carriers require inspection of damages so please retain all items and packaging.
PRODUCT DEFECTS - must be returned to the service center for inspection. Once the defect is confirmed by authorized SGSG personnel, merchandise credit will be issued to the customer's account.

WARRANTY CLAIMS must be filed within 45 days from job completion and must include:
SGSG REPAIR CLAIM FORM - completed and signed by customer
All warranty work requires prior approval. Contact your local SGSG representative prior to scheduling any work.

*Premier Window Films. / The Window Place USA LLC does not provide a warranty against seal failure on glass.

*Failure to pay a balance on installed window film will result in a lein on residential or commercial property, or a mechanics lein.

All warranty items are covered by Solargard.
